Information we collect
CyberFurl may collect account details such as name, email address, organization information, billing-related records, and the domains or assets you submit for scanning or monitoring. We also collect operational telemetry such as request metadata, authentication events, scan history, and product usage needed to run, secure, and improve the service.
How we use that information
We use submitted information to provide account access, operate scans and monitoring workflows, send service notifications, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, support billing, and improve product reliability. Security-related telemetry may also be used to detect suspicious activity affecting the platform or customer accounts.
Sharing and service providers
CyberFurl does not sell personal data. Information may be processed by infrastructure, email, analytics, payment, and support providers acting on our behalf and subject to contractual obligations. We may also disclose information when legally required or when necessary to protect the platform, our users, or the public.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and operational data for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal or billing obligations, enforce agreements, and maintain reasonable security records. When accounts are closed or deletion is requested, we remove or de-identify data within a reasonable period unless retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, or security reasons.
Security safeguards
CyberFurl applies administrative, technical, and operational safeguards intended to protect customer information. These include access controls, encrypted transport, auditing, and security monitoring appropriate to a web-based security platform, but no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting CyberFurl. You may also manage certain communication preferences directly through product settings or email preferences where available.
